Using Provendy
Provendy is an educational and business-productivity platform. By using it, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws. The contracting business is Snaxology. These draft terms remain subject to Snaxology’s review.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse search services, circumvent access restrictions, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for the information you enter and for obtaining any necessary permissions to use it.
Business decisions and estimates
You are responsible for equipment purchases, funding, product selection, location agreements, insurance, permits, taxes, food safety, and operations. Calculators, screening scores, examples, and recommendations are planning aids, not professional advice or guarantees. Independently verify specifications, costs, and location information before acting.
Third-party services and availability
Manufacturer websites, maps, payment terminals, and other external services have their own terms. Features may change or become unavailable, and live discovery may be limited by provider availability or usage limits.
