Snaxology operates Provendy. This draft describes the information used to provide account access, location discovery, and business-planning tools. Contact info@snaxologyvending.com with privacy questions.
Information you provide
We process your account email and authentication information, profile details, market preferences, goals, prospect records, notes, and saved calculator inputs. Please do not enter sensitive financial information or unnecessary personal details about prospects.
Device storage and online backup
Your planning data is saved in your browser for local use. When signed in, it is also backed up to your account online. Browser storage is used for saved progress, search results, sign-in sessions, and your theme preference. Shared devices may retain local records after sign-out; use Delete my data when you want to remove saved planning records.
Location searches and service providers
Live searches send your entered market, search radius, and selected business categories to Google Maps through our connected search service. Account access and online storage are provided through Lovable Cloud. These providers process information under their own applicable terms. Prospect data should be used for legitimate business outreach and in compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your saved profile and prospect records within the app. Delete my data removes saved planning records on this device and their online backup; it does not itself delete your authentication account. For account deletion, access requests, corrections, or other privacy rights, contact info@snaxologyvending.com. Rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal requirements. Exact retention periods and backup-deletion practices are pending review. No online service or browser storage is completely secure. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the effective date.
